On request, we secure the services of industry experts to carry-out professional pre-purchase inspections to assess vessel condition, etc to ensure informed decisions can be made prior finalizing and concluding a deal.
DOCUMENTATION FOR S&P
We provide comprehensive support in securing documentation for ship sale and purchase transactions. In addition, we can assist in obtaining key certifications, such as the Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM), etc for both sellers and buyers. SAFE DELIVERY OF A VESSEL
Our role as a broker concludes once the Bill of Delivery and Acceptance is signed and the physical transfer of the vessel from the owner to the buyer is completed.
